San Juan Lions History

On October 23, 1962, San Juan Lions Club became the first official service club on San Juan Island by receiving a charter from Lions International.

The San Juan Island Lions Club is part of a multi national organization of over 1.4 million members worldwide in over 180 countries, with one simple motto, "We Serve" which has been the case on San Juan Island for over 42 years.

With almost 90 members, and growing, you see the results of the SJ Lions Club everywhere on San Juan Island with Scholarship funds and money being raised and dedicated for local causes in OUR community.
