OBITUARY: Larry LeRoy FlinnJanuary 25, 1920 - June 2, 2009
Larry L. Flinn died peacefully in Tacoma on June 2, 2009. He was born January 25, 1920 in Bellingham WA. He served in the U.S. Navy as a signalman during World War II aboard the U.S.S. Tatnuck in the Aleutian Islands. He was a successful business man in the floral industry in both Seattle and Tacoma. After selling his business he retired to San Juan Island, a place he had always loved. He is survived by his wife Marijane, daughter Nancy (Bill) Nolan, son Steve, brothers Del and Jim, three grandchildren and numerous other family members. He was loved and will be missed. Memorial service will be held at Gaffney Funeral Home, Tacoma, on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11:00 am. Please leave online condolences at www.GaffneyCares.com. Arrangements by Gaffney Funeral Home. |
