Friday Harbor girls track team places 2nd

Catherine Grosjacques won the high jump and placed third in the 100- and 200-meter sprints as the Friday Harbor girls track team finished second at a meet in Coupeville, Friday March 29, 2002.

Second-place finishers for the Wolverines were: Jenni Mason, 400 dash; Shay Hopkins, 3200 meter-run; Karen Morrill, javelin; and 400 relay.

Maya Krueger posted a third-place finish in the 800 and 1600 runs and Mason was third in the long jump.

Fourth-place finishers were: Krueger, triple jump; Morrill, long jump; Ashia Neuroth, 1600 and 3200 run; Kyana Moghadam, javelin and shot putand Anna Dickerson, 100 intermediate hurdles.

Pamela Ochoa was fifth in the long jump and 100 dash. Jessica Hall, in the 3200, and Amber Beeston, in the 200 sprint, Lee in the 100 hurdles, also finished fifth.
