Deputies and San Juan EMS units provided aid, but the person was pronounced deceased. An Orcas Island deputy responded to an animal bite incident inthe Eastsound area. The reporting party sustained multiple puncture wounds from a dog bite. The potentially dangerous dog owner was subsequently issued a citation.
