The suspect was located with a water gun in his pocket and subsequently arrested for harassment. The incident was documented. Deputies on San Juan Island responded to a report of an accident-injury on Roche Harbor Rd, the driver was transported to the hospital. Deputies responded to a fire on San Juan Island. The resident was contacted, and it was determined that the fire contained a small structure with prohibited materials that may not be burned in any outdoor fire. Charges were forwarded to the Prosecutors Office. Once he was cleared to leave the hospital, he was taken into custody for a warrant.
