Searching for a home on SJI to purchase within the next 3 months (or so). Specifically, am interested in Portland Fair, Cape San Juan or Eagle Cove (the least likely). Small is beautiful; 2 bdrs. ideal , flatish lot or even small amount of acreage, plenty of sunlight non-negotiable. I am open to possibilities. Does not have to be updated necessarily, could need some "work"...but nothing structural. Garage or not...very close to the beach? That would be incredible. Financial requirements: I have a maximum I can go, but please respond to discuss that.
