Searching for a home on SJI to purchase within the next 3 months (or so). Specifically, am interested in Portland Fair, Cape San Juan or Eagle Cove (the least likely). Small is beautiful; 2 bdrs. ideal , flatish lot or even small amount of acreage, plenty of sunlight non-negotiable. I am open to possibilities.
