The Town received funding from the state Transportation Improvement Board which, when combined with local funds, allows for the full reconstruction of Marguerite Place from the intersection of Spring Street to the intersection of Park Street. The project includes curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drainage, water, and sewer utility improvements.

The Town anticipates construction to start this summer in early June and continue through fall 2024.
