Conrad Berthold was the winner of the  annual Shopping Spree  at King’s Market.  His runner, Margaret Bell, helped him collect $458.11 worth of groceries in two minutes on November 25, 2025. He also received a $50 certificate for meat.

All of the raffle proceeds, after paying for the groceries, goes into scholarships for Friday Harbor seniors. They are presented at the high school graduation ceremony.

Margaret chooses from the large assortment of jam. Winners are allowed to select up to four identical items.

Conrad (center) selected a box of crackers as Margaret swept up more goodies in the background.

A high five for a job well done.

The basket is  one of many. King’s Market staff and Lions packed the groceries into boxes for the couple’s trip home.
