Oct. 24: San Juan Island PHD to review report on investigation about a November 2017 EMS run

 

San Juan County Public Hospital District No. 1 Board of Commissioners will hold their regular monthly meeting at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the Frank Wilson Memorial EMS Building, 1079 Spring Street in Friday Harbor. Included in the agenda is an executive session to discuss a report commissioned by the board at a cost of up to $4,000 to review an EMS call from November 2017.

Also on the agenda, under new business is an item: Interim Chief Planning. According to Hospital Superintendent Pam Hutchins, this is not an indication that the EMS Chief Jerry Martin has resigned. It just refers to long-range planning in order to be prepared when the Chief leaves. .
