Climate Mobilization March flows through Friday Harbor
On the 100th day of President Trump's Administration, more than 300 islanders marched through downtown Friday Harbor Saturday, April 29 as part of the Peoples Climate Movement marches taking place around the globe.
The local march was hosted by Salish Sea Stands Against Kinder Morgan and Friends of the San Juans.
A Solutions Fair held prior to the march featured electric cars and speakers sharing info on a variety of topics including energy production, conservation, food, transportation, soil health, and more.
