Policy revisions, replacement schedule for Jensen's Marina on Port of Friday Harbor Jan. 30 agenda

Friday Harbor Port Commission will hold a regular meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday, January 30 in the Skagit Valley College San Juan Center Community Room, 221 Weber Way(By main parking area behind building).

Meeting Agenda

1. Citizen comments/requests: Citizens can make a brief comment or may ask the Commission to schedule a topic for further discussion at a future meeting.

2. Discussion Items:

A. Jensen’s marina replacement and maintenance schedule Staff will discuss a schedule for replacement and maintenance of the Jensen’s marina.

B. Discuss revisions to Marina Rules & Regulations Staff will present draft revisions to the Port of Friday Harbor Marina Rules & Regulations, including updates to the existing policies and incorporating Jensen’s Marina.

C. Discuss revisions to Airport Rules & Regulations Staff will present draft revisions to the Port of Friday Harbor Airport Rules & Regulations.

D. Discuss revisions to Jackson Beach policy Staff will present draft revisions to the Port of Friday Harbor Jackson Beach policy.

3. Action Items:

A. Approve Landlord’s Release and Consent, and Modification of Deed of Trust for Golden Era Aviation Staff will present a Landlord’s Release & Consent and a Modification of Deed of Trust for Golden Era Aviation for Approval by the Commission

4. Regular Business

A. Approve minutes for the January 16 meeting (Note: Minutes are kept at the Port Office and on the Port’s website: portfridayharbor.org).

B. Approve vouchers and payroll.
