Dec. 7: San Juan County Council considering Vacation Rental Moratorium extension to July 2022

San Juan County Council will hear an update on Vacation Rental compliance and will hold a public hearing to consider a Resolution Renewing a Moratorium on Vacation Rentals of Residences or Accessory Dwelling Units in UGAs, Hamlets and Activity Centers through July 13, 2022 at their December 7, 2021 meeting. More information about the moratorium is available on the county's website.
