Don't mess with political signs

This election season, many political signs on San Juan Island have been stolen. Removing political signs that are not on private property is a crime. Signs on private property can only be removed by the property owner.

The San Juan County Sheriff's Office is asking us all to be respectful of the positions and candidates during this election season.
