3 lawsuits filed in September 2022 10-fatality crash of plane bound from Friday Harbor to Renton
According to Flyingmag.com, three lawsuits have been filed in Thurston county regarding the September 2022 fatal plane crash near Whidbey Island. Nine passengers and the pilot died when the plane that had taken off from Friday Harbor enroute to Renton crashed into the water. The wrongful death litigation alleges the accident that killed nine passengers in September 2022 was ‘entirely preventable.’
