The County Council uses this system to video record their meetings held in Friday Harbor. Previous meetings can be viewed. Viewers can click on the agenda item they wish to see rather than having to watch the entire six-hour meeting.
Using the streaming requires downloading Silverlight on older computers; Macs have a separate set of issues.
This meeting will be saved and thus available for viewing later. This is especially useful if a computer does not have enough RAM to handle live streaming.
Copies of the meetings can be purchased from the AV Capture for 19.95.
