Walk, run or convert another fitness activity into mileage for January’s 50 mile challenge. You can track your distance by using your smartphone or watch, using many available apps such as Strava, Map My Fitness, Fitbit, Nike Running or Garmin. Or track your own distance if you don’t have access to a smart device.
