Vacation Rental Certificates of Compliance for 2019 are due Dec 31

Every holder of a vacation rental permit in San Juan County is required to annually submit a Vacation Rental Certificate of Compliance. Vacation rental certificates of compliance for 2019 are due on December 31, 2019. They can be submitted online through the new San Juan County Online Permit Center. 

San Juan County Online Permit Center can be searched online without an account. In order to submit a Vacation Rental Certificate of Compliance you do need to have an account.

There is no fee for a Vacation Rental Certificate of Compliance in 2019.

The county will also accept paper copies of Vacation Rental Certificate of Compliance, but if you submit on paper, you will not receive a confirmation that your certificate was submitted. The link to the form is here Vacation Rental Certificate of Compliance.

You will need to include a copy of your most recent Rules of Conduct unless your vacation rental is inactive in both 2019 and 2020.
