Oct 7: Cowabunga! Silent Auction and Gala at Brickworks in Friday Harbor

Saturday, October 7 | 5 to 9 pm | Brickworks | Friday Harbor

Join Island Haven October 7 as we celebrate eight years of lifesaving and forever care for our amazing sanctuary animals. Your support will provide much needed care and feed to get us through winter.

The Gala will be held at Brickworks in Friday Harbor. You will be greeted at the door with a complimentary drink provided by Madrone Cellars who we share October Farm with. There will be ample time to browse the silent auction items while enjoying nibbles and a full cash wine and beer bar.

Next, the sumptuous buffet dinner provided by Mike's Cafe and Wine Bar, followed by a dessert frenzy, stories of the animals you're supporting, the close of the silent auction and live music by local favorites, Tommy Dale and the Dangerfields.

It's a lot to pack into four hours, so be prepared to have fun!.

Auction items will include spa packages, whale watching trips, restaurant gift certificates, and more.

The silent auction will be accessible online beginning October 1. To streamline bids and for a faster checkout process, we will be utilizing the online bidding platform. When purchasing your event ticket, please consider saving your credit card information to your account to save time at the registration table. This will also allow you to place pre bids on items the week leading up to the event. Please note there will be mobile bidding only instead of paper bid sheets.

Tickets can be purchased here:

If you are unable to attend but would still like to support the work that Island Haven Animal Sanctuary does, please consider sponsoring a sanctuary animal or donating a ticket in your name.
