Connor Daniels sentencing set for November 7

Connor Williams Daniels, 24, entered guilty pleas on October 11, 2022 to one count of Indecent Liberties, and three counts of Rape of a Child third-degree. He will be sentenced at 1:45 p.m. November 7, 2022 in San Juan County Superior Court in Friday Harbor. He is currently in custody.

In his statement to the court admitting his guilt he said: 

"As to Count 1: On or about September 30, 2019 in San Juan County, WA I knowingly caused another person [Victim] to have sexual contact with me when [Victim] was in capable of consent by reason of being physically helpless. As to Count 2: On or between September 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019 in San Juan County, WA I did engage in sexual intercourse with and was at least 48 months older than the [Victim], a person who was at 14 years old but less than 16 years old and not married nor in a domestic partnership with me. As to Count 3: On or between December 7, 2018 through February 28, 2019 in San Juan County, WA I did engage  in sexual intercourse with and was at least 48 months older than the [Victim], a person who was at 14 years old but less than 16 years old and not married nor in a domestic partnership with me. As to Count 4: On or about December 20, 2018 in San Juan County WA I did engage in sexual intercourse with and was at least 48 months older than the [Victim], a person who was at 14 years old but less than 16 years old and not married nor in a domestic partnership with me."

The prosecutor did not make a recommendation for sentencing. She explained: The state is reserving a recommendation until more information is provided by the defense and also the outcome of the Pre-Sentence Investigation (PSI) Report. If the state agrees to a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative (SSOSA) It will recommend 12 months in full custody. If the state opposes a SSOSA, it will recommend an in custody sentence within the standard range of 87-116 months. 

SENTENCING GUIDELINES:  

COUNT 1: Indecent liberties | standard range  87-116 months | 10 years in prison, maximum $20,000 fine

COUNT 2: Rape of a Child in the third-degree  | standard range  60 - 60 months | 5 years in prison, maximum $10,000 fine

COUNT 3: Rape of a Child in the third-degree  | standard range  60 - 60 months | 5 years in prison, maximum $10,000 fine

COUNT 4: Rape of a Child in the third-degree  | standard range  60 - 60 months | 5 years in prison, maximum $10,000 fine

    This creep needs to be castrated and 10 years at least because he s a career criminal who has burglary charges and hit and run and threatened the life of a Burbank police officer and fled from.police forv6 months..a real Ted Bundy in the making.
