Update: Great Gus Productions hits target

Great Gus Productions, the talented islanders who created High Note,  a drug-dealing musical massacre, are working on their next project a horror/comedy ghost adventure, Beyond the Shadows. The film tackles the subject of Native American genocide.

The four Friday Harbor siblings - Jacob, David, Jenny, and Amy Gustafson (their mom is Mary Long) are participating in the Hometown Heroes Rally on Seed and Spark. That's where you come in. The projects with 1,000 followers move on in the competition for a chance to win a $50,000 prize and the chance to pitch to the Duplass Brothers  to executive produce their films.

You don't need to donate to the film in order to support their effort to continue in the competition. Just becoming a follower will help them reach their goal of 1,000. Great Gus Productions has 793 followers at this point - Friday, October 12.  There are only five days to go so don't wait. Click here:  https://www.seedandspark.com/fund/beyond-the-shadows#story

Update: The target was met over the weekend.
