The 110-year-old building housing King's Market has a fresh look after recent work done by DKC Stoneworks, LLC on the building's facade. The scaffolding was removed Monday, November 26 revealing a new coat of gray paint. In addition to the painting, there was seismic retro-fitting done to the parapet wall. Stainless flashing was installed and the masonry units were stabilized and regrouted.
The work began in the third week of October when the scaffolding was installed. Photos by Sharon Kivisto
