Crows Nest to open in skinny temporary location

Crows Nest Coffee is setting up in the skinny location between Coldwell Banker and Be Chic on Spring Street. Asked when the coffee shop will open up, owner Jon Hurley said, "Within 2 weeks. There is still a lot to do. But, we’re hustling with limited money."

The business recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary and had renovated the coffee shop only to have it destroyed by a fire April 7 in Friday Harbor. The cause of the fire was determined to be arson. A suspect has been arrested.

Their new sign was saved by firefighters.
