Community kraut making! We will continue to be the healthiest county in the state when we are all eating fermented foods this winter. Remember Captain Cook who prevented scurvy by loading barrels of fermeted kraut on the boat? Sample lots of different fermented foods .

Free and Open to the Public.....but register to reserve your spot for the kraut making and to take home a quart of Trillions of Tiny Allies.
