After investigating, it was determined that a controlled substance in crushed pill form was exchanged between inmates. Additional substances were found in an inmate's sock. Charges were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office. | A San Juan deputy located an individual with a warrant for their arrest. The individual was arrested and during a search incident to arrest, the deputy located suspected fentanyl. The individual was booked into jail and the substance will be sent to the crime lab for analysis.
