The individual was heard driving and a deputy located the vehicle, observing that the owner was not licensed and was crossing the fog line. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and the driver was arrested for DUI. A San Juan deputy responded to King's Market regarding a request to trespass a person. They had been caught shoplifting and were to be permanently trespassed from all Valmark LLC properties. A form was completed and issued to the offending party. An Orcas Island deputy responded to a DUI incident near the ferry landing. The deputy investigated and learned that the suspected driver was impaired. Subsequently the driver was arrested for physical control of vehicle while under the influence.
