The deputies were able to place the wanted fugitive in custody without incident. Subsequently the fugitive was booked into the San Juan County Jail. An Orcas Island deputy responded to a drug incident near Eastsound. The deputy contacted the reporting party that found a glass pipe containing suspected methamphetamine.
