Islanders view eclipse - photos and video

Passengers on board the Tillikum ferry used a variety of methods to view the August 21 solar eclipse. The ferry crew had a few pairs of glasses for people to share. One woman brought a cardboard box she had rigged up as a pinhole projector. The image showed up on a piece of paper inside the box. Others projected the image onto the side of the ferry. One girl tried using a cheese grater. In town one man used a cracker with holes.
