Dan and Helen are sad to report that despite everyone’s best efforts to facilitate passing the company on to others, they were stymied by unforeseen circumstances utterly beyond their control. Consequently, last week the Island Stage Left Board voted unanimously to dissolve the company. As a result, all ISL assets will now go (by law) to another 501 C3 corporation (non-profit organization) on the island with similar goals and a basis in the Arts. A vote on the recipient organization will be held shortly. Please be assured that all the money in ISL’s accounts and your donations to ISL for Omnium Gatherum, after paying all expenses, will continue to go towards supporting the arts.

To say that Dan and I are sad is an understatement, but the future awaits us in the UK and we shall leave with our hearts full of gratitude for all the years of support, the friendships formed, the generosity of spirit shown and for wonderful memories that we hope will live both with us and with all of you.
