* South Whidbey is a 1A school and a member of the 4-team Emerald Sound Conference along with Cedar Park Christian, Granite Falls and King’s- (FH has already played Cedar Park Christian and will play Granite Falls in a couple weeks).

* The Falcons only game was two weeks ago and a 43-15 loss at home to Bellevue Christian.  

* Last fall the team from Langley finished 3-6 overall and 0-3 in their league.

* Originally called Langley High School the name was changed to South Whidbey in 1981 with the building of a new school.

Wolverine – Falcon Stuff

* The series started in 2017 and the Falcons lead 6-2 overall and 1-3 on San Juan.

* In 2023 FH snapped a 6-game losing streak to SW by defeating them 35-20 here on the island and last year topped them 35-14 in Langley.

* This will be the eighth season in a row the two have faced each other (twice in 2021).

* Most points by FH – 35 (FH 35, SW 20 in 2023 and FH 35, SW 14 in 2024).
